This Bronya build raises the whole team’s damage while keeping Bronya herself durable.
The Sacerdos’ Relived Ordeal set gives Bronya SPD and lets her grant CRIT DMG to the ally she uses her Skill on.
Bronya can be built with very high SPD for a Hyper Speed playstyle, or speed tuned to sit 1 SPD below your DPS for a Speed-Tuned playstyle.
If you want Bronya to be SP neutral, meaning she can rotate Basic ATK into Skill without draining the team’s Skill Points, go with Fast Bronya at 160 SPD or above.
This version of Bronya works with any DPS and needs no per character speed tuning, but it does demand clean substat rolls.
Slow Bronya, meaning Bronya sits just 1 to 2 SPD below your DPS, lets the DPS act first, after which Bronya uses her Skill to advance the DPS for another turn in the same cycle.
This is a very strong option because it guarantees the DPS an extra turn every cycle, but in exchange Bronya becomes SP negative since she has to spam her Skill.
