[Single Target]Deals Quantum DMG equal to 140% of Sparkle’s ATK to one designated enemy target.
“I’m not exactly a person loaded with cool skills, and dreaming big isn’t really my thing. But, ya know, my latest thing is… getting myself into the Genius Society! Ha, I’m so ready to give it a go. Reckon anyone will buy it?”
Sparkle is a Support built around printing Skill Points: her Talent raises the Skill Point limit and her Ultimate recovers Skill Points for the whole team. Her Skill gives one ally a big CRIT DMG boost and advances that ally's action by 50%. The more Skill Points your main DPS burns through, the more she is worth pulling.
She suits you best if you are raising a Skill Point hungry DPS like Archer, Qingque, Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae or Sparxie. CRIT-based teams in general also get a lot out of her.
Sparkle is not there to deal damage, so every stat goes into her buffs. CRIT DMG makes her Skill buff stronger, and SPD lets her act more often in each cycle.

Body takes CRIT DMG because her Skill buff scales off Sparkle's own CRIT DMG. Feet take SPD so she acts more often. For the Planar Sphere, pick HP% or DEF% (HP% is equal to or slightly better than DEF%), since she does not need to deal damage. The Link Rope takes Energy Regeneration Rate so her Ultimate comes back faster.
If you use Broken Keel, make sure you reach 30% Effect RES. Sparkle's minor Traces already give her 10%.
The first three all matter. Her Skill decides how much CRIT DMG your DPS gets, her Talent decides how much extra damage enemies take, and her Ultimate makes the Talent effect stronger. Some players level the Talent first, others the Skill first, so either order works. Basic ATK goes last since Sparkle is not the one dealing damage.
Artificial Flower makes her next Skill free once an ally spends 3 or more Skill Points in a single turn. Nocturne raises the whole team's ATK (no longer limited to Quantum teams) and gives the ally holding her Skill buff an extra 10% All-Type RES PEN. Almanac gives extra Energy, which is nice to have but comes after the other two.
E1 gives allies holding her Ultimate's buff 40% ATK, and Sparkle gains 15% SPD when the battle starts or when she uses her Skill, which makes SPD breakpoints easier to reach. E2 makes each stack of her Talent also lower the enemy's DEF, and it is the most sensible place to stop. E4 only adds 1 more Skill Point from her Ultimate and 1 more to the Skill Point limit, nothing major. E6 spreads her Skill's CRIT DMG buff to teammates holding her Ultimate's buff, good for teams with several damage dealers, but past E2 the Eidolons cost a lot for what they give.
Archer spends an enormous number of Skill Points, so the higher Skill Point limit from Sparkle and the Skill Points her Ultimate recovers are exactly what this team needs most. Archer is a slow DPS, so he pairs well with a high SPD Sparkle. There is also a version that swaps Dan Heng • Permansor Terrae in the last slot for Huohuo or Fu Xuan.
This team leans into Quantum. Seele or Xueyi can take the damage slot: Seele is very good against Elite enemies and benefits from spending Skill Points, while Xueyi fits when the enemies are weak to Quantum. If the enemies have no Quantum Weakness, you can bring Silver Wolf to add one.
Feed every Skill Point to Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae so he hits as hard as possible. Tingyun restores his Energy so he can use his Ultimate more often. Luocha heals without spending Skill Points, which makes him a great fit. If you swap the DPS for Acheron, she should have E2, and keep at least 1 Nihility character in the team.
Apart from Sparkle, this team only uses 4-star characters and the Trailblazer. Qingque is the 4-star DPS that suits Sparkle best because she spends lots of Skill Points and gets full value from the buffs that trigger when Skill Points are spent. Qingque and Lynx both benefit from the team-wide ATK boost from Nocturne.
He spends a huge number of Skill Points, so he needs exactly what Sparkle offers: a higher Skill Point limit and Skill Point recovery. Archer is slow, which fits a high SPD Sparkle.
A slow DPS who eats Skill Points, so he pairs well with a fast Sparkle. Her Ultimate recovers Skill Points so he can attack freely.
Sparkle recovers Skill Points while spending almost none herself, leaving them all for Sparxie's Enhanced Basic ATK. Thanks to her ATK buff and action advance, Sparxie can skip SPD and build CRIT instead.
A 4-star DPS who makes good use of the buffs from spending Skill Points. She is slow, so she fits a fast Sparkle.
Best when Acheron has E2. Sparkle's DMG buffs and action advance help her a lot, but remember to keep at least 1 Nihility character in the team.
Handles Elite enemies very well, and she also gains from spending Skill Points.
With Bronya and Sparkle on the same team, your DPS gets a lot of attacks in a single cycle. The pair works best when the DPS only spends 1 Skill Point per turn.
Boosts the team's SPD and DMG and adds All-Type RES PEN. Her 10% SPD also makes Sparkle's SPD breakpoints easier to reach.
Restores Energy to the main DPS so they can use their Ultimate more often, as in the Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae team.
Heals without spending Skill Points, so all of them can go to your DPS.
Dreamdiver raises one ally's CRIT DMG by an amount based on Sparkle's own CRIT DMG and advances that ally's action by 50%. The buff now lasts a full 2 turns, so your DPS no longer loses it right before an important turn. If she uses it on herself, there is no action advance.
While Sparkle is on the field, the team's Skill Point limit goes up by 2. Every time an ally spends 1 Skill Point, she gains 1 stack of Figment, which makes all enemies take more damage. It stacks up to 3 times and lasts 2 turns.
Her Ultimate, The Hero with a Thousand Faces, recovers Skill Points for the team. Any Skill Points that overflow are not lost but recorded (up to 10). When an ally's turn ends and Skill Points are below the limit, Sparkle uses the recorded points to fill them back up. The Ultimate also gives all allies Cipher, which makes each stack of her Talent stronger.
Thanks to Artificial Flower, if an ally spends 3 or more Skill Points in a single turn, Sparkle's next Skill costs no Skill Points. With a Skill Point hungry DPS, she can sometimes buff without spending anything at all.
Since her Skill buff lasts 2 turns, you can use her Basic ATK when you don't need the action advance yet, saving Skill Points for your DPS. Her Basic ATK also regenerates extra Energy thanks to Almanac.
Fast Sparkle: 200 SPD gives her 3 turns per cycle. If the team has Dance! Dance! Dance! at Superimposition 5 or Sparkle wears 4-piece Eagle of Twilight Line, she only needs 184, and about 168 with both. Take off another 15 with E1 and 10 with Ruan Mei. This setup suits slow DPS characters like Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae, Qingque and Archer.
Slow Sparkle: keep Sparkle exactly 1 SPD below your DPS so the DPS acts both before and after her turn. This setup suits DPS characters who want a lot of SPD.

After using Technique, grants all allies Misdirect for 20 seconds. Characters with Misdirect will not be detected by enemies, and entering combat in the Misdirect state recovers 3 Skill Point(s) for the team.
The Cipher effect granted by the Ultimate lasts for 1 extra turn. All allies with Cipher have their ATK increased by 40%.
Every stack of the Talent’s effect allows allies to additionally ignore 8% of the target’s DEF when dealing DMG.

The CRIT DMG Boost effect provided by the Skill additionally increases by an amount equal to 30% of Sparkle’s CRIT DMG. When Sparkle uses Skill, her Skill’s CRIT DMG Boost effect will apply to all teammates with Cipher. When Sparkle uses her Ultimate, any single ally who benefits from her Skill’s CRIT DMG Boost will spread that effect to teammates with Cipher.
Sparkle is a support character who can restore Skill Points for the team and raise her allies’ Skill Point cap. On top of that, Sparkle can advance the action of a chosen ally, raise their CRIT DMG, and increase the damage dealt by the entire team.
