Thorns of the Abyss
[Single Target]Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 140% of Luocha’s ATK to one designated enemy.
“This coffin isn’t mine. I was merely entrusted to take the body back to the Luofu.”
Luocha is an Abundance healer who scales with ATK. His Zone heals allies every time they attack an enemy, and his Skill fires on its own when an ally drops to 50% HP or lower, so he barely spends any Skill Points. The trade-off is that keeping the team alive is all he does, and he doesn't add as much damage as newer sustain units.
He suits teams that eat a lot of Skill Points and teams built around DPS units who drain their own HP, like Mydei, Castorice or Blade. If you want a sustain unit who heals and also boosts your damage, think it over first.
Luocha's healing scales with ATK, not HP like many other Abundance characters. So stack ATK% to heal more, then add SPD so he acts more often and gets his Zone up faster.

Take Outgoing Healing Boost on the body and ATK% on the sphere, because his healing scales with ATK. SPD boots let him act more often. Use an Energy Regeneration Rate rope, or, if he has Post-Op Conversation, switch to an ATK% rope for more healing and damage. If you want Luocha to hit a bit harder, swap the body to ATK% and the sphere to Imaginary DMG Boost, at the cost of some healing.
Aim SPD at a breakpoint. Some HP% is still a good idea, especially when Luocha is the only defensive unit on the team. Effect RES is what you need if you run Broken Keel.
His Skill is his biggest source of healing and his Talent (the Zone) is the second, so level those two first. Ultimate and Basic ATK come after. The Ultimate is his main source of damage, while his Basic ATK is mostly there to generate Skill Points.
Sanctified makes the Zone also heal every ally except the attacker whenever someone attacks an enemy. Cleansing Revival lets his Skill, including the automatic one, remove 1 debuff from the ally. Unlock both early. Through the Valley raises his chance to resist Crowd Control debuffs by 70%, so it can wait.
Luocha does his job well with no Eidolons. E1 gives all allies 20% ATK while the Zone is active. E2 makes his Skill raise his Outgoing Healing by 30% when the ally is below 50% HP, and gives them a Shield if they are at 50% HP or higher. E4 makes enemies Weakened while the Zone is active, so they deal 12% less DMG. E6 lets his Ultimate reduce all enemies' All-Type RES by 20% for 2 turns, which turns Luocha into a healer who also supports your damage.
His Zone heals every time an ally attacks an enemy, so Luocha can keep the whole team alive on his own, especially in fast teams that attack many times before the Zone runs out. Mydei drains his own HP, which makes Luocha's Skill trigger by itself more often, giving him more Abyss Flower stacks and more Energy. The two support slots can be swapped for Sparkle, Bronya, Trailblazer (Remembrance) or Pela.
With Luocha and Silver Wolf, you can put together an Imaginary-leaning team that works in any fight. The catch is that everyone, Luocha included, needs to be geared more toward damage than usual. Your Imaginary DPS should wear Wastelander of Banditry Desert to get the most damage out of this team.
He drains his own HP, which keeps triggering Luocha's automatic Skill and keeps the Zone up. In return, Luocha's strong healing is just what a team that loses HP quickly needs.
Another DPS who drains her own HP, like Mydei. Luocha's constant healing also helps Castorice build up her Newbud.
Blade keeps draining his own HP and needs someone watching his back. The Zone gives Blade all the healing he needs, and if he drops too low, the automatic Skill saves him in time.
Advances allies' turns and gives extra Skill Points.
Advances an ally's turn with her Skill.
Gives True DMG buffs and advances allies' turns.
A 4-star whose Ultimate lowers enemy DEF.
With Silver Wolf and Luocha, you can build an Imaginary-leaning team that works in any fight.
Every time Luocha uses his Skill or Ultimate, he gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower. At 2 stacks he consumes them all to deploy his Zone, which lasts 2 turns. While the Zone is active, any ally who attacks an enemy is healed right away, and with the Sanctified Trace everyone else also gets back HP equal to 7% of Luocha's ATK plus 93. This healing is a fixed amount based on his Talent level, not life-steal, so even supports who deal almost no damage get fully healed, as long as they actually attack an enemy. If Luocha is knocked down, the Zone disappears.
When any ally's HP drops to 50% or lower, Luocha immediately applies an effect equal to his Skill to that ally without spending a Skill Point. It can trigger again after 2 turns. This automatic Skill also gives 1 Abyss Flower stack and the same Energy as using the Skill yourself, and with Cleansing Revival it removes 1 debuff too. This is the reason Luocha is so light on Skill Points.
Luocha can't gain Abyss Flower stacks while his Zone is active, so using his Skill then is mostly wasted. The standard way to play him is one Skill and one Ultimate to deploy the Zone, then Basic ATK the rest of the time to generate Skill Points for the team. Only use his Skill when an ally is about to go down or needs a debuff removed.
Luocha's Ultimate Death Wish hits every enemy, removes 1 buff from each of them and gives him another Abyss Flower stack. It also chips in a fair amount of Toughness damage, but unlike the Ultimates of many other Abundance characters, it doesn't heal. So when the whole team is low at once, you have to rely on the Zone, and the Zone only heals when allies actually attack an enemy.
Deals Imaginary DMG equal to 140% of Luocha’s ATK to one designated enemy.
After using his Skill, Luocha immediately restores the target ally’s HP equal to 70% of Luocha’s ATK plus 1025. Meanwhile, Luocha gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower.
When any ally’s HP percentage drops to 50% or lower, an effect equivalent to Luocha’s Skill will immediately be triggered and applied to this ally for one time (without consuming Skill Points). This effect can be triggered again after 2 turn(s).
Removes 1 buff(s) from all enemies and deals all enemies Imaginary DMG equal to 240% of Luocha’s ATK. At the same time, Luocha gains 1 stack of Abyss Flower.
When Abyss Flower reaches 2 stacks, Luocha consumes all stacks of Abyss Flower to deploy a Zone against the enemy.
When any enemy in the Zone is attacked by an ally, the attacking ally’s HP is immediately restored by an amount equal to 21.0% of Luocha’s ATK plus 308.
The Zone’s effect lasts for 2 turns. When Luocha is knocked down, the Zone will be dispelled.
After the Technique is used, the Talent will be immediately triggered at the start of the next battle.
While the Zone is active, ATK of all allies increases by 20%.
When his Skill is triggered, if the target ally’s HP percentage is lower than 50%, Luocha’s Outgoing Healing increases by 30%. If the target ally’s HP percentage is at 50% or higher, the ally receives a Shield that can absorb DMG equal to 18% of Luocha’s ATK plus 240, lasting for 2 turns.
Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
When Luocha’s Zone is active, enemies become Weakened and deal 12% less DMG.
Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
When Ultimate is used, there is a 100% fixed chance to reduce all enemies’ All-Type RES by 20% for 2 turn(s).
Luocha is an Imaginary character on the Path of Abundance. His Skill heals a chosen ally for a large amount of HP, and when a random ally’s HP falls to 50% or below, an effect identical to his Skill triggers immediately. Using his Skill or Ultimate builds up “Abyss Flower.” Once “Abyss Flower” reaches 2 stacks, it is consumed to open the Zone created by “Abyss Flower,” and after an ally attacks any enemy inside the Zone, that ally immediately restores a set amount of HP.
