Honkai Builds is an independent wiki for Honkai: Star Rail, covering tier lists, character build guides, Light Cones, Relics, materials and in game data. Completely free, no sign up required.
Who we are
Honkai Builds is run by an actual HSR player who clears the endgame modes every version to verify the numbers instead of copying them. The goal is to give character ratings and build guides that are accurate and updated every patch for the Trailblazer community.

How we rate and build the tier list
Every rating on Honkai Builds comes from real gameplay, not copied numbers. In detail:
- Characters are rated across 4 endgame categories: Overall, Memory of Chaos, Pure Fiction and Apocalyptic Shadow, because a character who is strong in one mode can be weak in another.
- Tiers are scored at E0 (no extra pulls) with a suitable Light Cone, so they reflect the power level most players actually have.
- Reviewed every version and every time a new character arrives: power creep, meta teams and mechanic changes are all updated.
- Build stats, Relics, substats, Trace priority and recommended teams are all tested before they go live.
Transparency and trust
- An update date is shown on every page so you know whether the data is still fresh.
- Free, no intrusive ads, no login required to read the content.
- Content is compiled and self verified through actual gameplay; when sources disagree, we go with our own test results.
- A Privacy Policy and a Contact page are always available for feedback and data corrections.

How often is the tier list updated?
Every new version of Honkai: Star Rail, plus an immediate update whenever a new character or Light Cone launches.
What investment level are the tiers scored at?
E0 (Eidolon 0) by default, with a suitable Light Cone, to reflect the real power level of most free-to-play players.
Is Honkai Builds affiliated with HoYoverse?
No. This is an independent fan-made site, not affiliated with and not sponsored by HoYoverse / miHoYo / COGNOSPHERE.
