Feixiao is a damage dealer who uses Flying Aureus to fuel her Ultimate, and attacks from the whole team build up Flying Aureus. On top of that, after an ally launches an attack, Feixiao can follow up with an attack of her own on the target.
Feixiao is a CRIT based main damage dealer, so stack as much CRIT on her as you can.
The Wind-Soaring Valorous is her best Relic set, because it raises Ultimate DMG after a follow-up attack, which lines up perfectly with Feixiao’s kit.
Since Feixiao uses follow-up attacks constantly, Duran, Dynasty of Running Wolves is an excellent fit, raising both her follow-up attack DMG and her CRIT DMG.
Feixiao wants the usual DPS stats: ATK, CRIT Rate and CRIT DMG.
A 1:2 ratio of CRIT Rate to CRIT DMG is still ideal.
For ATK, 2900 or more out of combat is enough.
Feixiao at 134 SPD is great for getting 2 turns in the first cycle. Higher SPD is stronger because she gets more turns, but try to land exactly on the speed breakpoints.

If there is no primary target available to attack, Feixiao attacks a single random enemy instead. This effect can only trigger once per turn and the trigger count resets at the start of Feixiao’s turn. When using this attack, increases DMG dealt by this unit by 75%, lasting for 2 turn(s).
After using Technique, enters the “Onrush” state, lasting for 20 seconds. While in “Onrush,” pulls in enemies within a certain range, and increases this unit’s movement speed by 50%. After entering battle, gains 1 point(s) of “Flying Aureus.”
While in “Onrush,” actively attacking will start battle with all pulled enemies. After entering battle, deals Wind DMG equal to 200% of Feixiao’s ATK to all enemies at the start of each wave. This DMG is guaranteed to CRIT. If more than 1 enemy is pulled in, increases the multiplier of this DMG by 100% for each additional enemy pulled in, up to a maximum of 1000%.
After launching “Boltsunder Blitz” or “Waraxe Skyward,” additionally increases the Ultimate DMG dealt by Feixiao by an amount equal to 10% of the original DMG, stacking up to 5 time(s) and lasting until the end of the Ultimate action.
In the Talent’s effect, for every 1 instance of Follow-Up ATK launched by ally targets, Feixiao gains 1 point of “Flying Aureus.” This effect can trigger up to 6 time(s) per turn.
