When Breeze Kisses Cirrus
[Single Target]Deals Wind DMG equal to 70% of Hyacine’s Max HP to one designated enemy.
“As the descendant of Sky, I, Hyacinthia, will fulfill the Flame-Chase duty with all of you. At the same time, I’ll do my best to help everyone as Hyacine, healer of the Twilight Courtyard. This is my good friend and assistant, the little pegasus . Do you want pet them? Please, go ahead! They love being petted~”
Hyacine is a Wind Remembrance healer who keeps the whole team topped up with her Skill, her Ultimate and her memosprite Little Ica. Her Ultimate also raises the Max HP of every ally, and Little Ica deals AoE damage based on the total healing done, so she keeps your team alive while adding solid damage of her own. If you have Castorice, or you are missing a limited sustain unit, Hyacine is worth pulling.
She fits best in HP-scaling teams that drain their own HP, like Castorice, Evernight and Blade, but any team can bring her along. If you already own plenty of sustain units, you can think about skipping her.
Hyacine's kit scales off HP, and she needs a lot of SPD to get past 200 in combat. Sort out SPD first, then worry about HP and CRIT DMG.

Go for an Outgoing Healing Boost body, with HP% as the backup. SPD feet are a must, since the 200 SPD threshold matters most. Take an HP% Planar Sphere because both her healing and her damage scale off HP. Use an Energy Regeneration Rate Link Rope to get her Ultimate sooner, since she leans on it heavily.
Stack SPD until she reaches 200 in combat. With her best sets, aim for at least two SPD rolls on each piece. Her Traces give her and Little Ica 100% CRIT Rate, so CRIT DMG makes both of them hit harder.
For a healing focus, level the Ultimate first, then the Memosprite Talent and Skill, since these are her main sources of healing and of the Max HP buff. If you want Little Ica to deal more damage, put the Talent and Memosprite Skill first instead. Leave Basic ATK for last because you will use her Skill much more.
Gloomy Grin raises Hyacine's and Little Ica's CRIT Rate by 100%, so every hit is a CRIT, and when she heals an ally at or below 50% HP, her and Little Ica's Outgoing Healing goes up by 25%. Stormy Caress gives 50% Effect RES and dispels 1 debuff from all allies whenever she uses her Skill or Ultimate. Tempestuous Halt raises Hyacine's and Little Ica's Max HP by 20% once her SPD exceeds 200, and every point of excess SPD adds 1% Outgoing Healing. All three are very important.
E1 gives all allies another 50% Max HP while Hyacine is in the After Rain state, which helps survival and boosts damage for HP-scaling teams. E2 gives an ally 30% SPD for 2 turns when their HP decreases, and Hyacine benefits too, so her healing gets better. E4 gives Hyacine and Little Ica 2% CRIT DMG for every point of SPD over 200. E6 is also excellent: all allies get 20% All-Type RES PEN while Little Ica is on the field, and the Memosprite Skill only clears 12% of the healing tally.
This is Hyacine's most popular team. Castorice and Evernight both scale off HP and lose HP often, so Hyacine's Ultimate raising everyone's Max HP keeps the team alive and boosts their damage at the same time. Every time an ally loses HP, Little Ica heals them. Hyacine's high SPD gives Castorice more Ultimate charge, while Evernight's CRIT DMG buff and Vulnerability debuff make Little Ica hit much harder.
Without Castorice, Evernight still works very well with Hyacine. Hyacine helps Evernight stack Memoria for stronger attacks and raises her Max HP so she deals more damage. Robin • Summeretto likes having a healer around for extra Energy from her Major Traces, and Hyacine's fast, multi-action turns help her stack Vibes quickly. If you do not have Robin • Summeretto, use Trailblazer (Remembrance), and give Memory's Curtain Never Falls to Hyacine.
Robin • Summeretto turns HP buffs into ATK for Ashveil, which lets Hyacine fit into a team that scales on different stats. Hyacine's Max HP buff makes Mortenax Blade hit harder. She is also fast, and Little Ica attacks right after her turns, so Mortenax Blade gets a lot of extra charges.
Hyacine is Castorice's best sustain. Her high SPD gives Castorice the most Ultimate charge, her heavy healing helps Castorice build more Newbud, Little Ica heals every time the team loses HP, and the Max HP buff makes Castorice hit harder.
Hyacine helps Evernight stack Memoria for stronger attacks and raises her Max HP. In return, Evernight's CRIT DMG buff and Vulnerability debuff make Little Ica deal huge damage.
Blade scales off HP and often drains his own HP, so Hyacine keeps healing him. With her signature Light Cone, every action she takes charges Blade's Talent for more Follow-up ATKs.
Her Max HP buff makes Mortenax Blade hit harder. Hyacine is fast and every turn comes with a Little Ica attack, so she generates plenty of charges for Mortenax Blade.
Robin • Summeretto likes having a healer for extra Energy. She also turns HP buffs into ATK for Ashveil, which lets Hyacine join Ashveil's team.
A great support thanks to her All-Type RES PEN buffs, and she also scales off HP, so she pairs well with Hyacine.
A free option that advances allies' actions and boosts their damage. When they are on the same team, give Memory's Curtain Never Falls to Hyacine.
Both Love Over the Rainbow (Skill) and We Who Fly Into Twilight (Ultimate) summon Little Ica and heal the whole team. The Ultimate also puts Hyacine in the After Rain state for 3 turns, raising every ally's Max HP. The duration goes down by 1 each time Hyacine's turn begins, so using the Ultimate right at the start of her turn gets the most out of it. Every Skill or Ultimate also dispels 1 debuff from the whole team.
Little Ica's SPD stays at 0, they are immune to debuffs and do not show up on the Action Order, but they can still be hit. Whenever an ally loses HP, whether from an enemy attack or from draining their own HP, Little Ica consumes 4% of their own Max HP to heal that ally. While Hyacine is in After Rain, each of these heals also restores HP for the whole team. If Little Ica disappears, Hyacine's action is advanced by 30%, so you can summon them again sooner.
Hyacine keeps a tally of all the healing she and Little Ica have done in the current battle. Little Ica's Rainclouds, Time to Go! deals Wind DMG to all enemies based on that tally, then clears only 50% of it, so the next hit still has damage behind it. During After Rain, Little Ica gets 1 extra turn and uses this attack automatically after every ability Hyacine uses. Each time either of them heals, Little Ica's DMG also goes up for 2 turns, stacking up to 3 times.
The Tempestuous Halt Trace only turns on when Hyacine's SPD exceeds 200: she and Little Ica gain 20% Max HP, and every point of excess SPD adds 1% Outgoing Healing, counting up to 200 excess SPD. So 200 is the minimum, and going higher still pays off. Each time Little Ica is summoned, Hyacine also regenerates Energy, with more on the first summon of a battle, so she usually gets her Ultimate very early.
Deals Wind DMG equal to 70% of Hyacine’s Max HP to one designated enemy.
Summons memosprite Little Ica. Restores HP equal to 10.0% of Hyacine’s Max HP plus 205 for all allies (except Little Ica), and restores HP equal to 12.5% of Hyacine’s Max HP plus 256 for Little Ica.
Summons memosprite Little Ica. Restores HP equal to 12.5% of Hyacine’s Max HP plus 256 for all allies (except Little Ica), and restores HP equal to 15.0% of Hyacine’s Max HP plus 308 for Little Ica. Hyacine enters the “After Rain” state, lasting for 3 turn(s). This duration decreases by 1 at the start of Hyacine’s every turn. While “After Rain” is active, all ally targets increase their Max HP by 37.5% plus 769.
The memosprite Little Ica initially has Max HP equal to 50% of Hyacine’s Max HP. When Hyacine or Little Ica provides healing, increases Little Ica’s DMG dealt by 100% for 2 turn(s). Stacks up to 3 time(s).
When the next battle starts, restores HP by an amount equal to 30% of Hyacine’s Max HP plus 600 for all allies and increases Max HP by 20%, lasting for 2 turn(s).

Deals Wind DMG to all enemies by an amount equal to 28% of the tally of healing done by Hyacine and Little Ica in the current battle, and clears 50% of this tally of healing.

Little Ica maintains 0 SPD, is immune to debuffs, and will not appear in the Action Order.
If the HP of an ally target (except Little Ica) is reduced, then at the start of any target’s turn or after any target takes action, Little Ica will consume 4% of their own Max HP and heal the ally target with reduced HP for an amount equal to 2.8% of Hyacine’s Max HP plus 28.
While Hyacine is in the “After Rain” state, Little Ica gains 1 extra turn and automatically casts “Rainclouds, Time to Go!” immediately after Hyacine uses an ability. Moreover, when Little Ica triggers the Talent’s healing effect, additionally restores HP for all ally targets by an amount equal to 2.8% of Hyacine’s Max HP plus 28. After Little Ica uses an ability, the duration of all their Continuous Effects decreases by 1 turn.
Hyacine is a healer who can summon the memosprite “Little Ica” and raise the Max HP of the whole team. When an ally’s HP drops, “Little Ica” can immediately heal them.
The more healing Hyacine and “Little Ica” provide, the more damage “Little Ica” deals to enemies.
