Apart from SPD, Hanya’s support abilities do not scale with her own stats. You can build Hanya as a damage dealer or focus on survivability, whichever you prefer.
Hanya’s best Relic set is Messenger Traversing Hackerspace, which gives her extra SPD and also makes it easy to raise the SPD of the rest of the team.
You can also run 2 pieces of Longevous Disciple in a mixed 2 piece setup to gain HP% instead of SPD.
Fleet of the Ageless is an excellent Planar Ornament set for Hanya because the HP it provides improves her survivability. Broken Keel is a great alternative, although DoT teams will not benefit from it. Penacony, Land of the Dreams is also a good alternative if you want to buff the DMG of Physical characters.
