“I’m already perfect, so what else should I do?”
The strongest build for Herta uses Hunter of Glacial Forest, because the set raises her CRIT DMG every time she fires her Ultimate.
Sigonia, the Unclaimed Desolation is the best Planar Ornament set for Herta thanks to the CRIT DMG it stacks whenever an enemy is defeated. Since Herta picks up plenty of CRIT DMG from her strongest sets, prioritize CRIT Rate to balance her overall CRIT ratio.
For SPD, we recommend Herta reach at least 134 for extra turns. Higher SPD is always better, but try to land exactly on the speed breakpoints.
