Guide of Withering and Decay

Enters the “Fragrance of Death” state and deals massive Quantum “Atrophy DMG” to all target characters.

All targets in the battle are inflicted with the “Overloadable” state. Targets in the “Death Rattle” state deal greatly reduced DMG and have greatly reduced Weakness Break Efficiency. If targets remain in the “Death Rattle” state for a certain number of turns, they will receive fatal damage.

When the “Guide of Withering and Decay” is in the “Dream of Demise” state, “The Long Arms of Sorrow” will gain the “Corrosive Retaliation” state.

“Guide of Withering and Decay” has no Weakness. When “The Long Arms of Sorrow” is in the Weakness Broken state, its initial Weakness will be added to all other enemy targets until it recovers from the Weakness Broken state.
